Overview

Agency owners must coordinate Agent commercial (inbound leads, visit booking, final deal actions) and Agent terrain (field tours, visit forms, availability). Visits were hard to assign fairly and track end-to-end. The stack combines a public marketing landing, an admin dashboard for oversight, and a Flutter app for both agent types, backed by FIFO assignment, reject/reassign, Socket.io, and push notifications.

Engineering highlights

Visites vs rendez-vous: only visites route to terrain agents; commercial keeps rendez-vous in-office
FIFO field assignment by dateAvailable, with accept/reject and re-queue to the next agent
Post-visit rapport flows back to commercial suivi (payé, en cours, annulée)
Real-time updates via Socket.io and Firebase Cloud Messaging on mobile
Scheduled auto-assignment for visites approaching appointment time
Public landing with FR / AR / EN locale content
